American Cash Flow Internet Chapter

Start a Chapter

First, let me assure you that this is easier than you think. You don't have to start out with renting hotel meeting rooms, signing up speakers, talking in front of 200 people or anything like that

Start small. Get together a group of 3 to 10 cash flow consultants in you area. You can meet in your home, or take turns meeting in each member's home. If that isn't agreeable, then just get together at a fast food restaurant or coffee shop.

At this point you don't need outside speakers. You can share your experiences, problems, solutions, failures and successes among the group. One members success will provide motivation to the others.

Once you get your group started then you can grow it as large as your area will support or keep it as small as you are comfortable with.

The ACFA Chapter that I attend usually has 12 to 20 people at the meetings. We meet at a Coffee Shop in a side room. Each of us has to purchase $5.00 in food or drink and pay a $5.00 meeting fee. This gets us the use of the room for the evening.

This small group has 3 Million Dollar Club members and several funding sources who attend regularly. I know of 2 or 3 others who I'm convinced will be Million Dollar Club members before long.

I don't believe it is a coincidence that there are so many successful members in this group. Those who take the initiative to further their education, skills, contacts and motivation have a much better chance of success.

You need to be willing to make that extra effort. By being a member of this group and your local Chapter (even if you have to start it yourself) you will be demonstrating your desire to be successful.

How important do I think it is for you to be a member and attend live, face-to-face chapter meetings? The group I meet with is a 2 1/2 hour drive, each way, for me.

Please note:

If you wish to form an official ACFA Chapter you will need to complete the necessary procedures and paper work required by the American Cash Flow Association. Until then you will not be allowed to use the American Cash Flow name.
